He continued his studies and received a Doctor of Transformational Leadership from Bakke Graduate University in 2024. Dr. Broughton’s leadership extends beyond the church. He serves on the board of the Nehemiah Initiative Seattle. This initiative addresses the displacement of Black churches and families from urban areas.
