Picture this. A small group of believers gathers weekly in a Greenville home. This is the humble beginning of Covenant Fellowship Church. Todd and Sabrina Barnes opened their doors. They welcomed individuals from all walks of life. These people shared a common goal. They wanted to spread the Gospel and change lives in their Hunt County community.
Covenant Fellowship Church didn’t remain a house church forever. In early 2017 the group outgrew its home setting. The need for a larger space became apparent. They found a storefront on Hwy 34 S and FM 1570. This new location allowed for continued growth and expansion. It also fueled a bigger vision. The vision was to build a permanent church home. This led them to their current location.
The church’s growth is attributed to a miraculous power. Covenant Fellowship’s family continues to follow God’s Word. They strive to share Jesus through the Gospel. Their commitment extends to Greenville and surrounding communities. Their worship is full of vigor joy and victory. They encourage prayer. They show love through generosity compassion and invitation.
