The Corporativo Reforma Diana is more than just a pretty face in Mexico City’s skyline. It is a testament to modern architecture and sustainable design.

The Corporativo Reforma Diana stands 127.80 meters tall. It boasts 27 floors. Construction began in 2010. It concluded in 2013. The building exclusively houses commercial offices. It provides a total rentable area of 19,455 square meters.

Arditti + RDT Arquitectos designed the Corporativo Reforma Diana. Their vision resulted in a building that is both functional and visually appealing. The design incorporates specific project conditions. These include a maximum height of 40 levels and a restricted frontage of 16 meters.

The building’s design also preserves three staggered levels. This allows natural light to reach Tokio Street. The formal conception accentuates the staggering with three clean geometric elements. Their dynamic audacity manifests through horizontal volumes intersecting at each level.

Note the slender, 27-story tower rising 140 meters above street level. Its top features an offset mezzanine. This adds a playful touch to its verticality. Large garden terraces and open green areas offer functional and attractive spaces for users.

The Corporativo Reforma Diana’s significance lies in its sustainability. It incorporates strategies related to energy efficiency. These strategies also aim to improve indoor environmental quality and save water. Further, it promotes self-sufficient space development. The building uses low-maintenance materials and alternative energy sources. All of this optimizes user comfort and needs. As a result, the complex earned LEED Gold certification.

The Corporativo Reforma Diana isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about creating a space where people can thrive. It embodies a commitment to sustainability. The Corporativo Reforma Diana harmonizes with its surroundings.
