Let’s explore the various activities that Coldharbour Evangelical Free Church offers. Sunday Worship starts at 11 AM. It lasts about 75 minutes. All ages are encouraged to attend. You can catch up on missed sermons on their YouTube channel.
Bible Study meets every first and third Sunday at 6:30 PM. This in-depth study lasts about an hour. It is followed by tea and coffee. Sunday School is held every Sunday morning during worship at 11 AM. Primary age children can learn Bible lessons on their level.
Prayer and Praise takes place every second and fourth Sunday at 6:30 PM. This service is dedicated to praising God. It includes His Word and prayer. Tea and coffee follow the service. Midweek Groups offer small gatherings throughout the week. These groups provide prayer and deeper sermon discussions. Contact the church to find a group that works for you.
Special Branch is a fun time for children in primary school years 3-6. This club meets every Wednesday from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM. A crèche is available on Sunday mornings during worship. It is for children who have not started primary school. They will learn songs and lessons from the Bible.
Parents and Toddlers meet every Thursday during term time from 10 AM to 12 PM. It provides a chance to meet other parents. It also includes Bible teaching, music, and crafts for the kids. Slots are limited so contact them if you are interested. YP is a club for teens in years 7-11. There are activities, games, and Bible teaching every Friday from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM.
MENistry focuses on ministering to the men of Coldharbour Church. They gather for Bible study, breakfast, and fellowship. All men are welcome. The Ladies Ministry gathers several times a year. They have Bible study, food, and fellowship. Enquirers Class is offered a couple of times per year. It is for those interested in learning about the church’s beliefs. This class is required for baptism and membership.
The leadership of Coldharbour Evangelical Free Church includes dedicated individuals. Joshua Bell is the Pastor and an Elder. He became the pastor in April 2021. Phil Endersby is an Elder. He first attended the church as a baby in 1961. Ken Cutting is also an Elder. He and his wife Helen have been members for over 20 years. David Bowden is another Elder. He has been attending Coldharbour since the mid 70s.
Geoff Dean serves as a Deacon. He has been serving for well over 50 years. Terry Bear is the Ministry Assistant. He joined the Coldharbour Church family in 2023.
