In the quiet town of Les Clayes-sous-Bois, rests the Cimetière de la Broderie. It’s a place where time seems to slow down. The rustling leaves whisper stories of those resting beneath them. Cimetière de la Broderie isn’t your typical Parisian cemetery. It holds a unique charm. It offers a glimpse into the heart of a smaller community. It’s located on Chemin de la Bretéchelle. The cemetery gates welcome visitors from 8:30 am to 5:20 pm during the winter months (October 31st to April 1st). In the summer (April 2nd to October 30th), the gates remain open a bit later, until 7:00 pm. The Cimetière de la Broderie is more than just a resting place. It’s a serene space for reflection. It is a testament to the lives lived in Les Clayes-sous-Bois.
