“Center for Advanced International Learning” is quite a mouthful isn’t it? Most just call it CIAP. Inaugurated in 2003 by then-President Vicente Fox, the CIAP building is part of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, or ITESM.
ITESM is quite renowned. It is ranked among the top 200 universities globally. It also holds the distinction of being the top private university in Mexico. Impressive, right?
ITESM was founded in 1943. From its humble beginnings in Monterrey, it has expanded significantly. It now boasts 31 campuses across 25 Mexican cities. It even has satellite offices in Asia, Canada, Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.
