“What does it mean to be a church of the Great Command?” That’s a question the founders of Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church in Fort Worth asked themselves in 2008. Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church started with Fr. Chris and a small group. They felt a calling to create a new church. It would be in southwest Fort Worth.
Since its beginning Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church demonstrates God’s Great Command. They worship Him in the Great Tradition. This tradition is based on the ACNA 2019 Book of Common Prayer. The church reaches out to the community. They share Christ’s love both inside and outside the church walls.
Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church is committed to the Great Commission. They develop lifelong disciples of Christ. This happens through baptism and Family Formation. Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church offers Sunday School for everyone at 9:30 a.m. Fellowship with coffee and snacks follows at 10:10 a.m. The worship service starts at 10:30 a.m.
Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church is located at 6116 Southwest Blvd in Fort Worth, Texas.
Currently Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church is running a Capital Campaign. The goal is to build a new home. They have already broken ground. You can find more information on their Give page. There is also a nursery.
