This larger park is a sprawling 14.5 square kilometer development zone. It’s home to approximately 1,200 high-tech companies, both domestic and international. The China Guigu Science Park plays a pivotal role within this larger ecosystem. It serves as a platform for innovation, supporting and nurturing high-tech firms. It connects local and overseas university graduates with enterprises. The park acts as an accelerator for new technology in China. The architecture itself is a statement. Three distinct volumes are separated by two landscaped terraces. These terraces offer shared meeting spaces and support functions, fostering collaboration and connection. The upper two volumes house divisible incubator studio spaces. This design provides flexibility for growing businesses. The lower volume contains the main lobby, exhibition and event space, and a coffee bar. The staggered arrangement of these volumes creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.
