Imagine living in a place where London’s heritage meets cutting-edge design. That place is Chelsea Waterfront – Tower West. This is a story of architectural ingenuity and luxurious living.

Chelsea Waterfront is a magnificent development. It sits in one of London’s most historic areas. The Tower West is one of the standout buildings here. It is part of a larger project designed by Sir Terry Farrell. He is an internationally renowned architect.

This 11.3-acre site includes the former Lots Road Power Station. It is a beloved Chelsea landmark. Chelsea Waterfront is the first development of its kind in over 100 years. It stands on the north bank of the Thames in Chelsea.

The Chelsea Waterfront project has ten buildings. Tower West is one of two impressive towers flanking Chelsea Creek. These towers offer stunning river views. They stretch from Chelsea to Canary Wharf.

Farrells provided full architectural services for this development. This included interior design and the site’s masterplan. The masterplan incorporates the historic Lots Road Power Station. Farrells designed a series of bridges connecting them.

The Powerhouse is the oldest of London’s three historic power stations. It has been transformed into 260 luxury apartments. Tower West and Tower East have diamond shapes. This shape provides panoramic views of London’s skyline. You can see both sides of the river.

Morpheus & Co designed some of these residences. Their designs epitomise luxury living. They also pay homage to the building’s past.

Chelsea Waterfront also features retail units. These include a waterside restaurant, cafes, and elegant shops. They line a 100-metre-long mall on the power station’s ground floor. Three new bridges span Chelsea Creek. They connect the power station to water gardens. Randle Siddeley Associates designed these gardens. They are one of Britain’s premier landscape architects.

The development opens up 400 metres of waterfront to the public. This creates publically accessible landscaped gardens. Chelsea Waterfront enriches the area for residents and visitors alike. It seamlessly blends London’s heritage with modern design.

Chelsea Waterfront’s Tower West offers more than just a place to live. It offers a lifestyle. It is a blend of history, luxury, and stunning views. A true landmark in the heart of London. A testament to architectural ingenuity and design.
