The Château de Sillery stands before you, a testament to a rich history spanning centuries. This grand chateau, nestled in the heart of a sprawling domain, is a true gem of French heritage, inscribed on the list of Historic Monuments in 2006. The original Chateau was transformed in 1860. The grounds were further developed from 1861 to 1867, with extensive canalization work. In the 1880s, the water canals were completed, adding a fishpond and an herb garden. The domain now houses the Franco-British Foundation of Sillery. The foundation is an organization that aims to support persons with disabilities, providing them with educational and medical support. Today, the foundation strives to create a more inclusive society for all through its diverse programs.
