“Many Minds, One Heart.” This is not just a motto. It’s the spirit of Caroline Chisholm Catholic College. Established in 1997, the college has a rich history. It began with the amalgamation of three schools. These were Christ the King College, St John’s College and Chisholm College. They aimed to provide Catholic education in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Let’s step back in time. In 1963, Christ the King College opened as a secondary school for girls. The Sisters of the Society of the Sacred Heart led it. Two years later, in 1965, the Brothers of the Sacred Heart arrived. They came from Quebec, Canada. They established St John’s College for boys. In 1979, the two schools started working together. This collaboration paved the way for something bigger.

Caroline Chisholm Catholic College emerged. It is a community that fosters faith and inclusivity. The college encourages students to reach their full potential. The college has modern facilities.
