Canberra Primary School buzzes with the energy of young learners. It’s hard to believe this vibrant hub of education started its journey in January 2000 at Wellington Primary School. Canberra Primary School moved to its current location at 21 Admiralty Drive in November of that same year. The school was built to meet the growing educational needs of the Sembawang Estate. Now a single-session school, Canberra Primary School boasts an enrollment of 1380 pupils. Canberra Primary School was chosen to be part of the FutureSchools@Singapore (FS@SG) program. This initiative, a partnership between the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), aimed to integrate technology into learning. While the official FS@SG program concluded in 2014, Canberra Primary School continues to weave technology into its Applied Learning Programme (ALP). This creates a unique “Canberra Experience” for every student. Canberra Primary School is more than just academics. The school’s leaders and staff are dedicated to developing well-rounded individuals. They focus on character building and nurturing the potential of each student. The school also strives to foster a passion for teaching and a dedication to excellence in its educators. Through its mission, vision, and core values, Canberra Primary School aims to achieve high standards. They provide a holistic and nurturing environment for learning and growth.
