Calçada Cem – Galeria de Arte. A gallery whispering stories of transformation. We stand before Calçada Cem, a space that embodies the dynamic spirit of Lisbon. Calçada Cem isn’t just a gallery. It’s a testament to the power of reinvention. It started as a concept store in 2017, envisioned by Florence, a former real estate agent from Lyon, and her friend Philippe. Florence, with her background in art history and fashion, yearned to return to her artistic roots. Lisbon provided the perfect canvas. This space, at Calçada da Estrela n° 100, became Calçada Cem – Galeria de Arte. It evolved from showcasing a variety of goods from fifty suppliers to specializing in Pop Art and Street Art. The gallery thrives on the energy of both Portuguese and international artists. Calçada Cem is a testament to the vibrant art scene in Lisbon, a city that attracts and nurtures creativity. It’s more than a gallery. It’s a place where diverse talents converge, a reflection of Lisbon’s allure as a hub for artistic expression. The gallery allows for a genuine dialogue between artists and collectors. This fosters a unique connection, enriching the experience for everyone involved.
