Hidden away in the North Park neighborhood, Brynford Park is a tiny treasure that few people know about. Though it might seem like just another small park, it has gone through several transformations. Most people call it Brynford Park, but until 1981, it was known as Pulaski Park after the street it’s on. Pulaski Road was named after Casimir Pulaski, a Polish-Lithuanian soldier who fought in the Revolutionary War. The park sits on just 0.15 acres, which is a little over 100 square yards, and is located on the north side of Bryn Mawr Avenue. It also has a playground and a spray pool. The park is a great place for children to get active, have fun with the spray pool or just get to know the local community.
