A five-story marvel. That’s the Bowman Building. Located at 3801 Stone Way North in Seattle it stands tall. This wasn’t always an apartment building though.

Originally envisioned as a vibrant hub for community life Bowman opened in 2016. It wasn’t just apartments. The Bowman Building boasted 8000 square feet of commercial space. Imagine a salon a pet day-care center. A bustling bar called Bar Charlie offered craft cocktails. Art of the Table a restaurant promised delicious meals.

The building’s design by Rutledge Maul Architects is striking. BNBuilders constructed this masterpiece. Legacy Partners the developer had a vision. They purchased the land for 12.3 million dollars in 2013. Their goal was to create a place where residents could thrive.

More than just a place to live Bowman offers amenities galore. Residents share a game lounge. They relax in a media room. A fitness center keeps them healthy. A rooftop deck provides stunning views. Even a dog run and a chicken coop!

The location is ideal. Close to Wallingford and Fremont it offers easy access to shops and restaurants. Major employers like Brooks Adobe and Tableau Software are nearby.

Apartments ranged from cozy studios at 431 square feet to spacious two-bedroom units spanning 1283 square feet. Live-work and townhouse units added to the variety. Monthly rent ranged from 1562 to 4985 dollars.

Beneath the building 261 underground parking spaces provide convenient parking. The Bowman Building isn’t just a building. It’s a community. It’s a testament to innovative design and thoughtful planning. A true Seattle gem.
