Construction of the buildings lining Bandini was a slow process. Starting in the southeast around 1909 development gradually expanded. The east side was built between 1910 and 1920. Then the west side saw development in the interwar years. It wasn’t until the 1970s that construction truly concluded near the Baudin subdivision.
