From a quiet path connecting the Marne to the Polangis farm, it blossomed into a public avenue in 1911. The farm, nestled against the now-vanished château, once stood proudly. Auguste Courtin inherited this estate from Charles Chapsal, another former mayor, and his wife. A connection to the past woven into the very fabric of Avenue Courtin.
