Within the bustling heart of Auckland, discover AUT Health. AUT Health isn’t just a name; it’s a vital hub of well-being for the students of Auckland University of Technology. Nestled within the city campus on Wellesley Street East, and also present at the North Campus on Akoranga Drive, AUT Health provides comprehensive medical and mental health services. Did you know that enrolled domestic students can access free doctor and nurse consultations at AUT Health? This covers a wide range of general medical services, right here on campus. International students and non-enrolled domestic students also have access to affordable care. Beyond physical well-being, AUT Health recognizes the importance of mental health. Free and confidential counselling services are available to all AUT students, covering personal, study-related, or other life challenges. They also offer specialized mental health support through Mental Health Advisors. These advisors provide practical advice and can connect students with further resources if needed. AUT Health goes beyond regular hours. Through a partnership with Practice Plus, virtual GP appointments are available for enrolled patients on weekdays until 10 pm and on weekends/public holidays from 8 am to 8 pm. This ensures students have access to medical advice when they need it most. AUT Health also houses the Student Medical Centre. This centre is located in the WB building on City Campus and in the AE building on North Campus, offering in-person and virtual consultations. This comprehensive approach to student well-being makes AUT Health a key part of the AUT experience.
