Will this be a busy station? Right now Aulnay – Val Francilia is under construction. You can just imagine the hustle and bustle in a few years though. This station, set to open in 2026, will be a vital part of the Paris Metro’s Line 16. Aulnay – Val Francilia boasts a unique design by architect Aldric Beckmann. Imagine a station bathed in natural light, a series of open-air greenhouses crafted entirely of glass. But Aulnay – Val Francilia isn’t just about innovative architecture. It will also house an impressive art collection. The artistic duo Berger&Berger have been commissioned to create a surreal landscape within the station’s patios using plants, ceramic sculptures, rocks, and other unexpected elements. Adding to this already vibrant tapestry, the platforms will feature a fresco by renowned illustrator Brecht Evens. Aulnay – Val Francilia promises to be a feast for the senses. It blends efficient transportation with stunning architecture and captivating art. This station will be a destination in itself.
