Atelier Gitte Reinwald is located at Øster Farimagsgade 18. You’ll find it in the basement of a building in Copenhagen. Gitte Reinwald is the instructor. She is a trained theater painter. She graduated from Det Kongelige Teater/Kunstakademiet in 1991.
Since then, Gitte has worked freelance. Her work spanned various theaters and Danmarks Radio. She has experience in teaching, decorations, and exhibitions. Gitte’s expertise covers painting, drawing, and sculpture. As a teacher, she offers a wide range of possibilities.
Maleskole.dk which translates to Painting School offers courses in visual arts. Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The time is from 10 AM to 1 PM. The classes cater to both beginners and advanced students. Each class has a maximum of eight participants.
Gitte Reinwald also has an atelier in Varde. There she sells art cards. Selected motifs are available at Trapholt Art Museum. You can find them at the Karen Blixen Museum. They are also sold at FLUGT. This is the Refugee Museum of Denmark in Oksbøl.
