The Christian Moreau Pere et Fils estate has a modern winery. It is located in the heart of Chablis at the foot of the vineyard. Fabien Moreau owns 12 hectares of vines. His plots are very well exposed. They promise quality wines. The vineyard extends over several Chablis climates. The most precious plot of vines of the Christian Moreau estate remains Le Clos des Hospices. The family has owned this since 1904. It offers a Grand Cru in Monopole.
Christian Moreau Pere et Fils offers organic Chardonnay. It is fine and powerful. Among the different references are five exceptional Grands Crus. There are also two Premiers Crus two AOC Chablis and a Petit Chablis. The most famous wine of the estate remains the Grand Cru Les Clos. It is an organic white wine offering mineral notes. The Grand Cru Clos des Hospices the domain’s monopoly offers a more pronounced taste in the mouth. Another remarkable dry white wine is the Premier Cru Vaillon Guy Moreau. It is obtained with the harvest of the oldest vines of the estate. Guy Moreau planted these in 1933.
