Designed by Dante O. Benini & Partners from Milan. The Abdi İbrahim Tower stands as an important example of Italian architectural design in Istanbul. Construction finished in 2006. The building offers 21000 m2 of space over its 25 floors.
The Abdi İbrahim Tower’s facade is particularly striking. Şişik Aluminum clad the Cehpe. This covers 7500 m2 of the tower. Type 316 stainless steel plays a major role in its design. It was chosen for its vertical shields made from micro-perforated sheets. These panels cleverly conceal the air conditioning systems. They also filter natural light creating a comfortable workplace.
