The Nishitetsu Kaizuka Line is more than just a railway. It is an essential part of Fukuoka’s transport network. It stretches 11 kilometers connecting Kaizuka to Nishitetsu Shingu. The Nishitetsu Kaizuka Line links communities and provides access to key areas.
Originally the line was much longer. It extended 20.9 kilometers to Tsuyazaki. A 9.9 kilometer section closed in 2007 due to declining use. Before that closure it was called the Miyajidake Line.
