In 1992, a new chapter unfolded at Nakamura Gakuen. Nakamura Gakuen Girls’ Junior High School opened its doors, adding to the vibrant tapestry of this educational institution. This wasn’t just another school opening. It marked a continuation of founder Professor Nakamura Haru’s vision. Her motto, “Integrity, Gratitude and Effort,” resonated within these new walls. The junior high, along with its sister senior high school, focused on developing young women prepared for a changing world. Nakamura Gakuen Girls’ Junior High School quickly became known for its innovative approach to education. Tablets were integrated into the learning process, making education more interactive. The school fostered a global perspective through programs like the “Cambridge English Mission,” which reinforced the core English skills of reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The school year at Nakamura Gakuen Girls’ Junior High School was filled with various activities. From the “Getting-to-Know-You Camp” in April to the extracurricular lessons sprinkled throughout the year, students were constantly engaged. October brought school trips, offering second-grade students a chance to explore and learn outside the classroom. December was marked by the school trip abroad for third-year students, broadening their horizons even further. Imagine the vibrant energy within these halls as students prepared for sporting events in July, engaged in agricultural experiences between June and November, and showcased their talents during the cultural festival in March.
