It also includes Kasuya County, Koga City, and other nearby cities. The mathematics communication course is open to students from all over Fukuoka Prefecture. The English department welcomes students from the fourth, fifth, and sixth school districts.

Notable alumni include MISIA. She is a singer who was part of the school’s brass band. Another alumnus is Yuki Suetsugi. He is a manga artist.
