White Bluff United Methodist Church is located at 11911 White Bluff Road. It is a vibrant center of faith. The church offers traditional worship services at 9:30 AM every Sunday. These services take place in the Sanctuary.

But what truly defines White Bluff United Methodist Church? Its mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. They aim to worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly.

The church provides many ways to connect with its community. You can experience White Bluff through various avenues. These include in-person services and online resources.

For those who prefer to worship from home, White Bluff Methodist Church livestreams its services. This allows anyone to participate. Services begin at 9:30 am every Sunday. You can find the livestream on their website or YouTube channel.

The church is led by Senior Pastor Rev Dr Barry Giddens. He is supported by a dedicated team. This team includes Sarah McGalliard, the Children’s Director. Carolyn Anderson is the Administrative Assistant. Cindy Layton and Ian direct the Traditional Music. Malinda Smith serves as the Finance Administrator. Rick Weeks is the Audio/Visual Coordinator. Audrey Tilton works as the Custodian.

White Bluff Methodist Church also has strong beliefs. The Bible is foundational to their faith. Prayer connects them to God. They are part of a global family. They seek to grow more like Jesus.

But White Bluff’s history goes back further. In 1737, 160 Reformed Germans sought religious freedom in Savannah. After their indentured service ended, they requested a Reformed minister. In 1745, the Trustees granted them land for a church. King George II officially granted the glebe land in 1759. The first minister, John Joakim Zulby, also served in the Second Continental Congress.

Today White Bluff United Methodist Church continues to serve. It serves as a beacon of faith. It welcomes all who seek a deeper connection with God and community.
