Tour M99 is a feat of engineering and sustainability. Its white concrete facade, a tribute to Marseille’s limestone heritage, is made with low-carbon concrete sourced from nearby industries. The tower is connected to Thassalia, a seawater loop that drastically reduces its carbon footprint. Tour M99 is more than a building. It’s a microcosm of Marseille itself.
