Emerging from the pre-Latin term “penna,” meaning a rocky height, Les Pennes-Mirabeau traces its name back to its geographical origins. Les Pennes-Mirabeau is more than just a name on a map. It’s a commune nestled in the heart of southern France, just a short hop from the bustling city of Marseille.
