Whispers of faith echo within the walls of Saint John of the Cross Parish. Here in Makati City, this sanctuary stands as a testament to devotion. Saint John of the Cross Parish was established on March 18, 1992. The church resides within the Archdiocese of Manila, under the watchful eye of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Vicariate. The parish priest, Fr. Alexander O. Thomas, leads the congregation, along with Fr. Raul Belludo. A former priest, Fr. Benildo M. Pilande Jr., also served this community. Every December 14th, the community gathers to celebrate the feast day of their patron saint, St. John of the Cross. Mass is held regularly throughout the week, offering solace and spiritual guidance. Weekday masses are held at 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, the community has more opportunities to worship, with masses at 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 6:00 PM. If you need to reach the parish, you can find them at 9 Hasmin Street, Pembo, 1218 Makati City. You can also contact them by phone at +63 (02) 8799-5429 or by email at stjohn_ofthecrosspembo@yahoo.com. Connect with them on Facebook at fb.com/SJCPOfficial. Saint John of the Cross Parish embraces its community, offering a place of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
