But there is more. Digital Light Canvas has evolved into a nature-based adventure. You can explore a digital ecosystem of flora and fauna. Bring various creatures to life with your own imagination. You can add personal creations to the installation.
Have you ever wanted to create your own endangered species? At Digital Light Canvas, you can. First, head to the coloring tables. Pick a sheet and color your own creature. Choose from a flower, reptile, insect or amphibian. Each template is based on an endangered species from the Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature. This draws attention to their plight.
Once colored, your artwork can be scanned. It will then be released into the Digital Light Canvas’s digital ecosystem. You can watch it interact with other digital creatures. If they eat others, they will multiply. If they don’t eat enough or get eaten, they disappear. Color them in bright colors for a colorful surprise.
But the experience doesn’t end there. At the Sketch Factory, your digital artwork can be transformed back into a physical souvenir. You can create a personalized tin badge, tote bag, or t-shirt. Take home a unique memento of your time at the Digital Light Canvas.
