Organized in March 1997, Bethel Christian Fellowship stands as a beacon. It was founded by head pastor Marlon Baybin, Ptr Ernifel Gonzales and Korean Pastor Beong Son Yoo. Their mission was clear. It was to establish a new church in Northern Luzon. They wanted to love God through worship. Their purpose was to comfort and minister to the community’s needs. They aimed to win people to Jesus. They wanted to teach them to obey His commands.
Bethel Christian Fellowship’s journey began with a vision. This vision sought to create a spiritual home. It was a place where individuals could connect with God. It was a place where they could find solace. It was a place where they could grow in faith. The church’s SEC registration, A199705343, dates back to March 17, 1997.
Bethel Christian Fellowship believes in one true God. He is the eternal King, Creator, and Redeemer. He is holy, just, loving, and truthful. God reveals Himself as one being in three persons. These persons are God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
The church believes the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It serves as the only infallible and authoritative guide for believers. Humanity was created in God’s image. We were made to know and enjoy Him. However, we rejected God’s Lordship. Because of this, sickness, death, and judgment entered the world.
Bethel Christian Fellowship emphasizes salvation through grace. It comes through faith in Jesus Christ. Anyone can restore their relationship with God. They must repent, believe, and receive Jesus. The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, justifies, and sanctifies. We enter God’s kingdom as His children.
The church values the Holy Spirit’s ongoing power. This power enables Christians to live holy lives. It allows them to minister supernaturally. The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers believers. They gain God’s power to be His witnesses.
Bethel Christian Fellowship acknowledges Christ’s redemptive work. This provides freedom from sin, lies, sickness, and torment. The church consists of all who trust in Jesus. Baptism and communion are important ordinances. The church continues Jesus’ ministry. It advances His kingdom. It preaches God’s love. It teaches nations to love and obey God.
The church anticipates the return of Jesus Christ. He will rule with His bride, the Church. Bethel Christian Fellowship believes in heaven and hell. There will be a resurrection of the lost and saved. One leads to everlasting death. The other leads to everlasting life.
Bethel Christian Fellowship encourages big dreams. They believe nothing is impossible with God. Trusting Him in everything is essential. God has made each person significant. Serving others well is a key value. This church stands as a testament to faith. It is a community of believers. They seek to make a difference.
