Brothers Rodrigo Malonzo and Danny Munsayac converted him.
Nomer shared his faith. He met his first convert. She later became his wife Sister Sonia G. Hipolito. Sister Aida Gonzales was also converted. Her parents and family were baptized in Jesus’ name. In 1986, the Gonzales family allowed their garage to be used for Sunday worship.
The United Pentecostal Church Tondo continued to grow. They moved to a vacant lot. It was at Angat Street corner Raxabago Street. The ministry continued its mission. In 1991, the church produced its first pastor. It also founded a daughter church in Novaliches Quezon City.
The United Pentecostal Church of Tondo bought land in Sta. Teresita Iriga City in 1998. They began building facilities for a bible school. The Bicol Evangelism School of Theology (BEST) opened in 2000.
In 2003, the church elders found an abandoned building on Cavite Street. It was in Gagalangin Tondo Manila. They reconstructed the first and second floors. The Tondo saints then had a new home.
