Raya Podok Gede, the university now has multiple campuses, including this AKA campus dedicated to economics and business. Universitas MH Thamrin Kampus AKA’s journey began humbly in 1982 as a course for paramedics. Evolving rapidly, it transitioned into a formal diploma-level school in 1983. By 1987, it blossomed into a collection of academies, covering nursing, nutrition, health analysis, pharmacy, hospital management, and midwifery. These academies merged in 2000 to form the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) MH Thamrin. In 1996, the STIE MH Thamrin Jakarta, focusing on economics, was established. The STMIK, specializing in informatics and computer science, followed in 2000. The ultimate transformation occurred in 2013. STIKes, STIE, and STMIK united under the banner of Universitas MH Thamrin. The university has grown to include four faculties: Health, Economics and Business, Computer Science, and Teacher Training and Education. This AKA campus, located on Jalan Bangka Raya in South Jakarta, focuses on economics and business studies. It offers aspiring business leaders a platform to hone their skills and knowledge in the heart of Indonesia’s vibrant capital.
