Interesting beginnings. Berean Memorial Church started as Second Baptist Church of Irving Texas. That was in the 1940s. In 1951, Dr John E Danish became the pastor.
For over 50 years, Dr Danish taught from the Berean pulpit. His sermons are available for free electronically. Dr Danish passed away in September 2003. Leon Adkins became the pastor in March.
Berean Memorial Church follows the principles in Acts 17:11. The Bible is God’s inerrant word. It is the only source for spiritual matters. The Bible shows what God wants from sinful people to enter Heaven.
Berean Memorial Church is independent. You can find Berean Memorial Church at 6th and Nursery in Irving TX. The office is at 1000 E 6th Street Irving TX 75060. Services are in the auditorium behind the school at 1106 E Sixth St.

At Berean, what they believe about God affects how they live. Here are the essential matters they agree on. The inerrancy of Scripture is key. It is the final authority for faith and life. The Trinity is believed. God exists in three equal persons. They are the Father Son and Holy Spirit.
The deity of Jesus Christ is upheld. He was born of a virgin. He died on the cross for mankind’s sins. He resurrected and ascended into Heaven. He is exalted at God’s right hand.
Salvation is a free gift from God. It is received by trusting in Jesus Christ alone. Once saved a person is kept secure forever by God’s power. The future return of Jesus Christ is believed. It will be physical visible personal and glorious. It is a privilege to proclaim the Gospel to all. This should be done both at home and abroad. That’s Berean Church.
