Dallas Bible Church is deeply committed to its beliefs. They uphold core doctrines essential to salvation, including the Trinity, the divinity of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the authority of the Bible, and salvation through faith in Christ. Dallas Bible Church also holds specific convictions on the church, baptism, communion, spiritual gifts, angels, end times, and marriage. Dallas Bible Church has a rich history of sending missionaries around the globe. The church continues to actively support these individuals as they spread the gospel. In 2018, Dallas Bible Church welcomed Jeff Mousa as its first Executive Pastor. Jeff found a church that was growing but still held a small-church mindset. He was tasked with leading a staff accustomed to handling every ministry detail themselves. Jeff recognized that for Dallas Bible Church to continue scaling and growing, roles and responsibilities needed redefining. This shift required clear communication of his vision, primarily through all-staff meetings. Jeff’s search for a platform to streamline communication and meeting management led him to Leadr. Dallas Bible Church was then using 19 different platforms, making information tracking nearly impossible. Leadr provided a centralized system for meeting preparation, action items, and feedback, which greatly simplified the church’s processes. The staff embraced the change and within 30 days were all using Leadr. They appreciated the accessibility of meeting notes, action items, goals, and feedback. Leadr also facilitated remote work and empowered the staff to develop leaders from within their volunteer ministries. Dallas Bible Church’s commitment to its community is evident in its outreach programs and its dedication to loving all people.
