Is it possible to revolutionize a public ministry? Here at Inova_MPRJ, the innovation laboratory of the Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro State, they are doing just that. Inova_MPRJ is located on Avenida Marechal Câmara. It is open Monday to Friday. The lab’s story began on July 11 2019.
Inova_MPRJ is pioneering within the Brazilian Public Ministry system. The lab focuses on digital transformation. This creates huge efficiency gains for organizations. It also helps the government.
Daniel Lima Ribeiro is the creator and coordinator of Inova_MPRJ. He says Inova_MPRJ examines work processes. It also analyzes practices with an innovative eye. They experiment to try something different.
The lab fosters collaboration. It brings in specialists from the Specialized Technical Support Group. They also involve managers and academics. Together, they prioritize key indicators.
