Dominion Centre, formerly known as Edmonton Temple, is part of Universal Prayer Group Ministries. This non-denominational Christian organization is a registered UK charity. The Dominion Centre operates as a family of God. They care for needs. They pray. They worship together.
Under the leadership of Rev. Sam Ohene-Apraku, the church thrives. The pastoral team and loving congregation make it special. The Dominion Centre seeks to awaken, build, and commission leaders. But what are the goals for the next decade? Dominion Centre wants to raise leaders for every service in the Kingdom of God. They aim for a minimum of 10000 members. They envision branches across London and Europe. The Dominion Centre plans to build a multifaceted complex.
This complex will feature a Dominion Leadership Institute. A 24-hour counseling facility and telephone help line will be available. There will be a 24-hour praise and worship center. Also, 24-hour prayer and intercessory booths will be added. A dynamic Youth and Teens centre will engage younger members. Care Groups Ministry will provide support. A Day-care and Nursery centre will serve families. Radio and Television Ministry will spread their message. A Library and Resource centre will offer learning opportunities. Career Development and legal counseling will empower individuals. Finally, a Christian Academy is planned.
The Dominion Centre already boasts modern facilities. A fully equipped 2000-seater worship auditorium is available. The Dominion Christian Bookshop offers resources. A dynamic Youth and Children’s centre engages young people. A 200-seater Banqueting Suite hosts events. Café Dominion provides refreshments. A 24-hour Prayer and counseling telephone help line offers support.
Their beliefs are based on the Bible. They see it as the infallible and authoritative word of God. They believe in the Trinity. One God exists eternally in three persons. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Services at the Dominion Centre are frequent. Sunday Service is at 10 AM. Yoke Breakers’ Monday Conference Call is at 9 PM. Tuesday Prayer Force meets at 6 AM. Wednesday Victory Prayer Service is at 7 PM. Thursday Intercessory Prayers are at 12 PM. Friday Prayer and Deliverance Service is at 8 PM.
