“Mineral oils and related products” might not be the catchiest phrase, but it’s the heart of the Allguth-Firmensitz story. The Allguth GmbH headquarters sits here in Gräfelfing near Munich. It oversees a network of gas stations and car washes across Bavaria.

Allguth began in 1958. The Amberger brothers, Willy and Fritz, founded it with Alfred Krapf. Their first gas station stood in Munich’s Schillerstraße. Think about that first location as we talk about Allguth-Firmensitz.

In 2012, the company headquarters moved here from Munich. Allguth grew from a single gas station to a larger operation. Today, Allguth has 31 gas stations. They also operate multiple car washes. These offer a range of services to motorists.

Allguth embraces innovation. In 1983, their Von-Kahr-Straße station led the way. It was the first in Munich to introduce unleaded gasoline. More recently, in 2017, Allguth partnered with Linde. Together, they opened their first hydrogen filling station. This shows Allguth’s commitment to alternative fuels.

Allguth’s purpose extends beyond fuel. They are involved in real estate. This includes residential and commercial properties. They also operate catering establishments and even manufacture beverages.

The company’s activities also include art. From 2021 to 2024, Allguth transformed a former heating plant. It became the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk. This is an art and cultural center in Munich-Aubing. Michael Amberger is one of the managing directors.

Allguth is a family-owned company. Christian Amberger, Michael Amberger, and Pascal Kreil lead the company. In 2021/22, Allguth had 45 employees. Their revenue was 271.6 million euros.

So, the Allguth-Firmensitz is more than just an office. It is the center of a diverse business. Allguth is involved in fuel, real estate, and even the arts. Allguth has come a long way since that first gas station in Munich. It continues to evolve.
