Let’s delve into the story of this thriving mosque. It all began with a concern. Some Taman Gandaria residents noticed Masjid Al Maghfiroh was usually deserted. Only Friday prayers drew a crowd.
Driven by a shared vision, these residents initiated a movement. They called themselves the “Pejuang Shubuh Al-Maghfiroh” or “Al-Maghfiroh Dawn Warriors”. Their mission was simple. They wanted to encourage more Muslims to attend congregational prayers. Specifically, they aimed to fill the mosque during Shubuh prayers before dawn.
Fardan Parjaman a treasurer of Pejuang Shubuh Al-Maghfiroh explained their vision. He said the goal was to awaken the desire for communal prayer. They wanted Muslim men to start their day with faith at Masjid Al Maghfiroh.
The Pejuang Shubuh Al-Maghfiroh had a clear purpose. They sought to revitalize Masjid Al Maghfiroh. They wanted it to be a center for worship, preaching, social activities, and community discussions. Their primary goal was to deepen faith and devotion. They aimed to promote timely and congregational prayers at the mosque.
