Each apartment in Jingyao Residence Halls is designed for comfort. You get basic furniture. There is a desk, chair, bed and closet. Also expect a private bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen has a cooktop, fridge, kettle and water dispenser. Air conditioning and a washing machine make life easier.

NYU Shanghai understands student needs. That’s why you can buy bedding at the Tower 5 Resource Center. A set costs 350 RMB. It includes a quilt, quilt cover, pillow, pillowcase and bed sheet. Microwave rentals are also available. For 50 RMB per semester you can rent a microwave.
