The name “L4” comes from the church’s original location. It was once on Lasallestrasse 4. They didn’t want to give up the short name after moving. So, they redefined its meaning. Today, L4 stands for the Bible verse from Luke 4 verse 4. “Der Mensch lebt nicht vom Brot allein” or “Man shall not live on bread alone”.
Every Sunday morning, they meet for worship. The service starts at 10:00 AM. They believe Jesus meets them personally. He does this through Bible words, sermons, music, prayer and community. Families with younger children have a parent-child room. Children can play there. Parents can continue to participate in the service. Headphones are available for radio transmission.
