What secrets lie behind the bright, modern facade of The Charter School East Dulwich? While the school itself is quite new, established in 2016, its roots run deep in this community. The Charter School East Dulwich is a testament to a community’s dedication to providing exceptional education for its children. This dedication can be traced back to the founding of the original Charter School over 15 years prior. The driving force behind this new chapter was Manny Amadi MVO, vice-chair of governors and a parent from the original school. His vision? To create a vibrant learning space where students could thrive. By 2022, The Charter School East Dulwich blossomed. It welcomed nearly 780 students from Years 7 to 12. The impressive structure we see today, designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, only became a reality in January 2019. Before that, students attended classes in temporary accommodations. Can you imagine the excitement when they finally moved into this architecturally impressive building? The commitment to quality education at The Charter School East Dulwich shines through in every detail. From its diverse curriculum to its state-of-the-art facilities, it stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for the next generation.
