A project exceeding 20 million euros. The goal? A complete overhaul of the Résidence du Port Galand, boosting energy efficiency and modernizing the living spaces. The transformation promises to elevate the building’s energy rating from a D to a coveted B. Four apartments are even slated for expansion, enriching the residents’ lives with enhanced comfort and state-of-the-art amenities. In collaboration with Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, this ambitious project is set to reach completion in 2025.
