“Addition to and renovation” is what they called it. Today we are standing in front of Facilities Complex Building 4. It is located at 1301 E Dean Keeton St Austin. This building houses unassigned areas for the University of Texas. Facilities Complex Building 4 has been a UT building since 1988.

Facilities Complex Building 4 has two floors. The building spans 11000 square feet. If you need assistance Bryan Fontenot or Michael D Costa are the building managers. Contact them with questions. For fire prevention contact Justin Rosales, David Madole, or Stacey Alley.

In 2023, the University of Texas at Austin started a renovation and expansion of Facilities Complex Building 4. The project is known as UT FC4 Renovation Expansion. The estimated cost was $13400000. The expansion increased the square footage to 26054. BSA Lifestructures was the design firm. Jesus E Lardizabal was the RAS. Nathaniel Atkins was the contact person for the owner. The project was completed in August 2024. The inspection is now complete. Facilities Complex Building 4 stands ready.
