Rue de la Fraternelle begins at Rue Gorge de Loup. It stretches southward toward Rue Jean Zay. From there, it continues as a stepped passage. Imagine Rue de la Fraternelle in the late 19th century. The street was newly opened. The Loge Maçonnique la Fraternelle chose this corner. It stood at the east side’s intersection with Rue Louis Loucheur. The lodge’s presence gave the street its very name.
