Notice the sidehall entrance. Inside, a curved staircase adds character. Woodbine Cottage has two storeys and two windows across its facade.

The ground floor displays rusticated stucco. Round-arched openings decorate this level. Radiating heads mimic voussoirs. Look at the window. Curved and radial glazing bars fill the panelled recesses. To the right of the window, the doorway. Pilaster jambs support a corniced head. A plain fanlight sits above the original six-panelled door.

The first floor features exposed brown stock brick. A stucco storey band adds detail. Square-headed sash windows sit recessed with lugged architraves. Pilasters rise through both the ground and first floors. They support an entablature and acroteria. Chimney stacks stand at the end walls.
