Founded in 1982 Prayer Tower Fellowship Church has been a cornerstone of its community. This isn’t just any church. It’s a place where history breathes. Prayer Tower Fellowship Church started humbly. It grew from a small group of dedicated individuals. Their faith and hard work laid the foundation for what we see today. The church initially flourished under the leadership of Mother Estella Boyd. She was a true visionary. She dedicated her life to prayer teaching and fostering faith. Her legacy continues to inspire the congregation.
In 1990 Pastor Kenneth R Collins and First Lady Rachel Collins married. They joined their lives and their ministries together. Pastor Collins served diligently under Bishop C L Morton at Greater Mount Zion COGIC. He became the National Fellowship President under Dr Estella Boyd. His leadership was integral to the church’s growth. He oversaw the groundbreaking for a new building. Tragically he passed away in 2003. His vision however lived on.
First Lady Rachel Collins succeeded him. She became the pastor in 2003. She’s led the church for over 20 years. Her leadership has seen the church expand its reach internationally. Prayer Tower Fellowship Church is more than just a building. It’s a vibrant community. It’s a place of inclusion welcoming people from diverse backgrounds. The church emphasizes core Bible beliefs. It encourages open discussions about faith and doubts. It also focuses on community outreach initiatives. The church actively participates in service projects. These enrich the lives of those within the community. Prayer Tower Fellowship Church truly embodies the spirit of faith service and community. It continues to be a beacon of hope and inspiration. It’s a testament to the enduring power of faith.
