Originally, Musholla Baiturrahman was a small prayer space. It was built with support from the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK-RI) and the local community. Over time, the Musholla Baiturrahman evolved. Donations poured in from various state institutions, organizations, private individuals, and residents. This culminated in a grand renovation. On October 3, 2010, the new Musholla Baiturrahman was officially inaugurated. The mosque now stands as a two-story beacon of faith. The first floor serves as the main prayer hall. The second floor houses a TPA, KPA, Muslimah study groups, Majelis Taklim, and other community activities. Musholla Baiturrahman also boasts administrative offices and a reception area. It is equipped with modern amenities. These include laptops, projectors, a sound system, and a small library filled with Qur’ans, Hadith books, and other Islamic literature. Musholla Baiturrahman is strategically located in the Kebon Jeruk area of West Jakarta. This makes it a convenient prayer spot for office workers in the surrounding area, especially during Friday prayers. The mosque’s clean and well-maintained facilities provide a comfortable and serene environment for worshippers. Musholla Baiturrahman offers a tranquil escape from the urban hustle, inviting all who enter to find peace and connect with their faith.
