“A community in Christ.” Roseville Baptist Church has always been deeply committed to fostering a strong sense of community among its members. The church, originally established as Bethel Baptist Church in 1951, has undergone several name changes throughout its history. But its mission has remained constant: to create a community united in Christ and to share the Gospel with the Roseville community. The Roseville Baptist Church, previously known as The First Southern Baptist Church of Roseville, moved to its current location on Coloma Way in 1964. Despite facing challenges due to a major flood in the Sacramento region during the mid-1990s, the church’s commitment to its mission has only grown stronger. They believe that Jesus and the teachings of the Bible hold the answers to life’s questions. Today, the Roseville Baptist Church continues to serve as a beacon of faith and fellowship in the community. It remains dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all who enter its doors.
