Completed in 1975, the R\u00e9sidence Ferrare stands as a testament to modern architectural design. This residential tower, reaching a height of 102 meters with 35 floors, is a prominent feature of the Parisian skyline. The R\u00e9sidence Ferrare is part of the larger Ensemble Mass\u00e9na complex. Architect Jean Sebag designed this complex to maximize green space. Unlike other high-rise developments in the area, the towers of Ensemble Mass\u00e9na are not built on a concrete platform. They are anchored directly to the natural ground, allowing for gardens and walkways at their base. The R\u00e9sidence Ferrare and its neighboring towers replaced the former Panhard factories. This area, nestled between Porte d’Italie and Porte d’Ivry, has undergone significant transformation over the years. Today, it stands as a vibrant example of modern urban planning, blending residential life with green spaces.
